I had to reset the laptop so i did it from windows, and non of the Alienware applications were not installed and many things missing but drivers like bluetooth intel and touchpad were installed. Then used i restore point two days back and the same problem was there. I have reset my laptop to factory state about 6 months ago, and now i need to reset it again because of an anti-virus corrupted the many things including the anti-virus it self, first i wanted to uninstall it because i noticed that it's useless and weakening my laptop so i did it and the mess began, any application didn't manage to start even with run as administrator command and windows was notifying me that the laptop didn't have an anti-virus protection and windows defender couldn't start, i think the reason why it couldn't stat cause windows considered bitdefender (the anti-virus) was running when it's actually wasn't as i said corrupted.
I have an Alienware 17 r2 2015 bought it from newegg and i live in jordan now. Hello, im creating this thread and it's my last hope of solution of the stupid mess I'm in, im going to give every detail so you can give me hope that this laptop can be reset again to it's factory state.
